The Scarborough North Sleep Disorders Clinic provides a service to referring doctors only. Patients with a wide array of signs and symptoms suggestive of a sleep disorder are referred for overnight study and appropriate monitoring. The real time studies are later analyzed and full reports are sent to the referring doctor and the family doctor.

  • We will be contacting your patient directly with all the information needed so that their night in our Lab will be comfortable and clinical beneficial.
  • Enclosed is a copy of our requisition. We will need to have this completed, signed, and mailed or faxed back before the patient arrives for his sleep study. Please feel free to photocopy this requisition or request further copies from us directly.
  • We will make every effort to report the study to you as soon as possible.
  • We will inform you directly if results indicate that follow-up repeat study is indicated (i.e. CPAP titration study).
  • Please call directly with any questions that you might have about our clinic, sleep study report interpretations or if you feel that consultation is needed.
  • Please give your patient our appointment card and instruct him to phone the clinic with questions that he might have before or after the test
